About Zyberno

Wall Street tools. Main Street prices.

The Platform

A free professional stock screener and research platform — built on real-time SEC data, powered by the Brina Gap framework, and designed for investors who think in years, not days.

Professional-grade investment tools have been priced beyond reach for individual investors — and even when accessible, they typically assume you already know what you're doing. Zyberno was built to close both gaps simultaneously.

The stock screener covers 10,000+ stocks with 138 institutional metrics — including Owner Earnings and DCF-based Margin of Safety, previously exclusive to institutional platforms. Every stock report includes a full Brina Gap analysis, the live Valuation Matrix, and the proprietary Zyberno Score across 8 categories and 4 years of quarterly data.

Every tool came directly from real challenges encountered in years of advisory work. The data comes directly from company financial statements and SEC filings — not third-party aggregators. Every methodology is documented. Every assumption is shown.

Because a tool you can't understand is just expensive guesswork.

The Founder

Fabio Brina
Founder · Financial Researcher · Value Investor

Zyberno was founded by Fabio Brina — financial researcher, value investor, and former financial advisor with 6 years guiding individual and institutional clients and 12+ years managing his own portfolio. Based in northern Italy. Author of the Brina Gap working paper, published on SSRN and Zenodo.

"Working with clients, I saw the same problem repeatedly: serious investors knew what they wanted to analyse, but the tools that could actually do it were either priced for institutions or built for specialists. Free alternatives cut corners on accuracy. Nobody was bridging that gap. Every tool in Zyberno reflects the same standards I apply to my own capital."

Research

Zyberno conducts and publishes original research on equity valuation through the Zyberno Working Paper Series. Research is permanently archived with a DOI through Zenodo and freely accessible.

Fabio Brina · March 2026 · Zyberno Working Paper · JEL: G11, G12, G14, G17

A falsifiable framework for identifying equity mispricing by comparing a firm's fundamental growth ceiling (ROIC × Reinvestment Rate) against the Market-Implied Growth Rate from a reverse DCF. Validated on the complete, survivorship-free S&P 500 (2010–2024, every constituent including delisted firms), it ranked first among all pure valuation metrics tested — ahead of book-to-market, earnings yield, EPV, and the classic Margin of Safety — flagging overpriced stocks with 58.9% accuracy (value traps 59.5%).

Principles

01

Data integrity above all

Every number comes directly from company financial statements and regulatory filings. Not from aggregators. Not from estimates. From the source.

02

Transparency in methodology

Every calculation is documented. Every assumption is shown. Every metric is explained. If you can't see how a number was derived, you can't trust it.

03

Long-term thinking, always

The tools and frameworks here are designed for sustainable, long-term compounding. Not short-term speculation. Markets reward patience and quality.

On Methodology

Most valuation tools adjust their outputs to stay within a comfortable range of the current price or analyst consensus. Zyberno does not. Every metric, every valuation, every Brina Gap score reflects what the model produces from current fundamentals — ROIC, reinvestment rate, owner earnings, and reverse DCF. If the math produces a fair value of $500 on a $300 stock, that is what we show. The assumptions are visible. The math is reproducible. If you disagree with the output, examine the assumptions — that is where the real analysis lives.
